Girls’ lives transformed ... God’s world enriched
On Wednesday 19th August, let us join together in prayer from your home - you can connect as a family, or in solitude and quiet, in your garden or car, over the phone or in the ZOOM session.

I bow to You with a humble heart and fall into Your strong arms. Keep my feet firm and my heart strong no matter the turmoil around me. Seal me with Your loving touch and protect me from this storm.
In You I place my faith. Amen.
Side Gate Café is re-opening for eat-in meals!
Monday August 3rd the café will re-open in full capacity. You will need to book to secure a place, as it will be popular and we don’t want you to miss out!
Please be prepared to be flexible with your meal time so that we can accommodate the most people with the limited spaces available. Take-away’s still available.
Why not come in on Wednesday for lunch and stay on for the worship in the auditorium at 1:30pm? A great way to feed the soul and body!
The National Council of Churches in Australia have written to church leaders encouraging them to make Sunday the 2nd of August a special day of prayer regarding the Pandemic. We are encouraged to pray as we feel led, however, you may also wish to use this prayer...
“Gracious God, trusting in your providence and presence, we bring our prayer for an end to this pandemic. We pray for your strengthening of all those committed to offering costly leadership during this crisis. We pray for all who are ill. We pray for those anxious about getting ill. We pray for those full of grief. We remember those who have died. Aware of our fragility, we pray for your grace to sustain us as we do what we can to end this pandemic. Your compassionate, peaceful and creative response to many crises is our model, including in our Sunday Gospel (Mt . 14: 13-21). As we worship in resurrection faith on Sunday August 2, we offer our heartfelt prayer in your Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ our Lord. AMEN.”
