We wish to express our sincere appreciation for he loyal support you have given in your patronage of the community cafe over the many years.
Thank you - we hope that you have enjoyed being part of the local community!
Unfortunately due to lack of sufficient resources, we have to close the Cafe until further notice, effective from the end of August.
Our last day of operation in its current format will be Thursday 30 August, 2018.
We thank you for your understanding and please don't be a stranger, we would love you to visit us at the many other programs and services that still remain.
Yours sincerely, The Side Gate Cafe Team, Marion Church of Christ

SURRENDER Adelaide:18 Saints+Citizens | 12-14 October
"Set your hearts on things above, not on earthly things...and the Word became flesh and moved into the neighbourhood".
Consumerism and conflict, politics and power, fear and injustice mark the narrative of our world and our streets. Humanity was created from the dust of the land, yet God breathed His life into us - but have we lost connection to both? As we follow Jesus, how do we understand and balance the call to seek His kingdom coming in the now of our neighbourhoods and world, yet have faith and find hope in the promise of a creation made whole. Can we embody the way of Jesus now as citizens in our places and world, yet hold an eternal identity as saints?

As part of Vision Sunday, Bill shared about God’s amazing love that He has for each one of us. Bill handed out a ‘love card’ that we can write down ways that God can use us, to show this wonderful love to others. If you didn’t receive a card, they are available for collection in the Church foyer.
